I opened my agency in 2013 after building my career in title and escrow as well as the mortgage industry, experiences that shaped a strong foundation in problem-solving, organization, and customer care. Our team includes three members, and this is truly a family-run operation — my husband even works alongside me in the agency. For our team, we offer Flex Fridays (when team goals are met Monday through Thursday, Fridays are off!) along with a Simple IRA, full licensing reimbursement, and flexibility when needed for family commitments. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Olimpia Campos Garner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
