I opened my agency in 2013 after building my career in title and escrow as well as the mortgage industry, experiences that shaped a strong foundation in problem-solving, organization, and customer care. Our team includes three members, and this is truly a family-run operation — my husband even works alongside me in the agency. That family-first perspective carries into how we lead, support one another, and serve our customers every day.
For our team, we offer Flex Fridays (when team goals are met Monday through Thursday, Fridays are off!) along with a Simple IRA, full licensing reimbursement, and flexibility when needed for family commitments. Our office culture is positive, respectful, and deeply supportive, with a true “us against the world” mindset. We’re looking for solutions-oriented team players who stay calm under pressure, contribute to a strong culture, and want to be part of a workplace where people genuinely have each other’s backs.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
